Delivery in Bangkok

Our in-house delivery service team handles deliveries within Bangkok. This approach allows us to maintain control over the delivery process and ensures a seamless experience. We kindly request that our customers ensure the safety of the delivery location. This includes providing clear and safe access for our delivery team to carry out their responsibilities efficiently.

Standard Delivery:

The delivery fee is 2,000 Thai Baht. This fee ensures the secure and timely delivery of your products. For orders exceeding 40,000 Thai Baht, we offer a one-time free delivery service within Bangkok. Subsequent deliveries will be subject to an associated charge of 2,000 Thai Baht per delivery.

Delivery Inside Building:

In the case of delivery inside a building or condominium, please make certain that our delivery team can access the location via the elevator. If elevator access is unavailable, and we need to use the staircase for delivery, extra charges may apply to cover the additional effort and resources required.

Delivery outside Bangkok

Deliveries outside of Bangkok will incur charges based on the specific delivery location. The cost of delivery will be determined by the size, dimension, and weight of the total product order, with a base rate of 15 THB per kilometer from our warehouse location situated in Samutsakorn.

To maintain the quality and reliability of our deliveries, we usually collaborate with established third-party delivery services known for their exceptional reputation. This ensures that your products are handled with care throughout the transit process.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow us 3-5 working days for scheduling the delivery within Bangkok. For delivery outside Bangkok, please allow us up to 10 working days depends on the location and quantity of products.

After your order has been processed and is prepared for delivery, our team will reach out to you to arrange a delivery date and time that suits your convenience. We will also provide you with a notification by call to confirm the delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order. Our professional delivery and installation team will ensure your furniture is handled with care during transportation. Depending on the product, we also offer assembly services to help you set up your new furniture.

We strive to coordinate deliveries as efficiently as possible while accommodating the logistics of each specific location.

International Delivery

Currently, we do not offer international shipping services. We recognize the complexities involved in international shipping, including customs regulations, duties, and the intricate logistics of cross-border deliveries. As a result, we focus on providing the best service within Thailand.

Custom packaging for export:

We are happy to assist in packaging your order for export, according to your specific requirements. Our team can prepare your products for safe transportation, taking into account the delicate nature of some items.
